How Co-Carving Works
Six steps. Four to six months. One piece your family will argue over lovingly for generations.

The Conversation
WEEK 1It begins with whatever you have: a sketch, a Pinterest board, a photograph of a room, or only a feeling. Reach us through the inquiry form, by email, by phone, or on WhatsApp. Our design team reads every note personally and replies within two business days.
- 02
Design & Sketches
WEEKS 2-4We translate your vision into drawings: proportions, carving motifs, finish direction, and exact dimensions for your space. We iterate together until every line feels right. There is no obligation until you approve the final design.
- 03
Commission & Scheduling
UPON APPROVALA written quote sets out the full price, the deposit that secures your place in the workshop, and the payment schedule. Once the deposit is received, your Sheesham is selected and seasoned, and your piece enters the carving calendar.
- 04
The Carving
MONTHS 2-4Master artisans in Lahore carve your piece entirely by hand — no CNC machines, no shortcuts. You receive progress photographs at every milestone, from the first rough-out to the final relief work, by email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer.
- 05
Finishing & Inspection
MONTH 5Hand-sanding, staining in your chosen finish, and sealing. Every joint, drawer, and surface is inspected before the piece is approved for travel, and you receive final photographs for your sign-off.
- 06
Crating, Shipping & Delivery
MONTHS 5-6Your piece is custom-crated, insured for its full value, and shipped to your door. We handle the export documentation and coordinate customs clearance, with white-glove delivery and placement available for larger commissions.
