What this site is
handandhewn.com presents the Hand & Hewn collection and the Co-Carved commission process. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell; every commission is agreed individually in a written quote covering the piece, price, deposit, schedule, and delivery.
Commissions & quotes
Prices shown on this site are starting points for collection pieces made as designed, and may change until confirmed in your written quote. A commission begins only when you approve the final design and quote and the deposit is received.
Made-by-hand variation
Every piece is carved by hand from solid Sheesham, a natural material. Grain, tone, and fine carving details will vary from photographs and from piece to piece. That variation is the point — it is the signature of the hand, not a defect.
Shipping & risk
Shipments are custom-crated and insured for their full commissioned value until delivery. Timelines quoted for carving and shipping are good-faith estimates; we keep you informed with progress updates throughout, and confirm delivery arrangements before dispatch.
Intellectual property
The text, photography, designs, and carving motifs presented on this site belong to Hand & Hewn or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking us first.
