In Urdu, 'Barg' means leaf, and like the delicate veins of a leaf, every curve of this table tells a story of patience. Our artisans spend weeks translating the flowing botanicals of historic Lahore into solid Sheesham, proving that even the hardest sheesham can be made to look soft, fluid, and alive.

From Concept to Creation
Inspiration
The Barg was born from a meditation on side table design, a desire to create something that honors tradition while speaking to contemporary sensibilities.
Iteration
Our design team spent months studying historical references, sketching countless iterations, and collaborating with our master artisans in Pakistan to refine every proportion and detail.
Realization
Every proportion is tested, every joint is considered. The final design emerges only when form, function, and craftsmanship align perfectly.
The Anatomy of a Leaf
At 21 inches tall with a 22-inch round top, the Barg sits at the ideal height beside a sofa or armchair, low enough to feel intimate, generous enough to hold a book, a lamp, and a cup of chai at once.
